How long does it take to set up an account

We will set up your new account instantly. Most people can have their first order out of the system within 15 minutes.

Can I use Chefstat with my current purveyors?

Chefstat sends all of your orders by email, so any purveyor that can read an email can use Chefstat.

Are there any long term contracts?

Definitely not. You do not need to sign any long term contracts. Our thought is that if we make our customers happy who needs them!

I am a very basic computer user. Will I be able to learn how to use Chefstat?

Don't worry. Chefstat was designed from the ground up to be as easy to use as possible. If you can check your email you should not have any problem. If you do thats what we are here for

We have an older computer in the office. Will we need to upgrade?

As long as old reliable can connect to the web and run a current browser it will work.

How secure is our data? What happens if our computer crashes?

All of your data is stored in your personal database in our server center. It is backed up remotely on a daily basis. If something happens to your office you can rest assured that all of your data is safe and sound.

I have a seasonal restaurant. Do I have to pay for the off season?

We can archive your restaurant's database, so you only pay for the service while you are using it.
